Doesnt work on iPod 5

We bought an iPod for my daughter because shes obsessed with playing this on my iPhone but the screen turns black when we try to use the app. We uninstalled and reinstalled many times and paid for the app and it still doesnt work. The support link doesnt work so Im hoping someone can point me in the direction of support.
